CEO Message
I have been involved in the IT industry for quite a long time. When I first started my career, it was hard to imagine a world where technologies such as cloud computing, blockchain, and AI would become widely available and deeply integrated into our daily business operations.
Today, however, the evolution of IT shows no sign of slowing down. On the contrary, it continues to accelerate, constantly pushing us to challenge unexplored territories and adapt to new paradigms one after another.
In such a rapidly changing industry, even those of us who have been deeply engaged in IT for years risk being left behind if we fail to continuously make the effort to learn and keep up with technological advancements. We are living in an era where relentless self-improvement and the ability to stay ahead of technology are essential.
That said, this environment is also where new challenges emerge and new businesses are born. Personally, this is exactly the kind of environment I truly enjoy.
Through my work, I have had many opportunities to interact with highly skilled marketers. Their flexible thinking and strong business mindset are not easy to replicate, and every conversation with them leaves me impressed.
At the same time, I believe there is still significant room for growth when it comes to transforming their ideas into tangible IT systems, something engineers are particularly skilled at.
I myself started my career as a programmer at a system integrator (SIer), and later gained experience as a system engineer, embedded application developer, and project manager for infrastructure, web, and application projects. I have also worked across a wide range of industries, including public services, infrastructure, and the advertising industry.
In recent years, the fusion of business and IT has become indispensable. I firmly believe that professionals who can bridge the gap between engineering and business (marketing), like us, will play an increasingly vital role in the society of the future.
