K.I.T KIT System Solutions Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “K.I.T”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of customers’ personal information in relation to the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) provided on this website.

We ensure that all employees are thoroughly informed and appropriately educated regarding the proper handling of information. We also supervise employees handling information in accordance with Article 24 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Physical Safety Management Measures
(1) Management of Areas Handling Information: We appropriately manage areas where important information systems such as servers and main computers handling information databases, as well as other offices handling information, are located.
(2) Prevention of Theft or Loss of Equipment and Electronic Media: We take appropriate measures to prevent theft or loss of equipment, electronic media, documents, etc., that handle information.
(3) Prevention of Leakage When Carrying Electronic Media: When carrying electronic media or documents containing information, we take safe measures to prevent information from being easily identified.
(4) Deletion and Disposal of Information, Equipment, and Electronic Media: When deleting information or disposing of equipment or electronic media containing information, we do so by means that make recovery impossible.
- Technical Safety Management Measures
(1) Access Control: We implement appropriate access controls to limit the scope of personnel and information databases handled.
(2) Identification and Authentication of Accessors: We authenticate users of information systems to ensure they have legitimate access rights.
(3) Prevention of Unauthorized Access from Outside: We introduce and appropriately operate mechanisms to protect information systems from unauthorized access or malicious software from outside.
(4) Prevention of Leakage Accompanying Use of Information Systems: We take and appropriately operate measures to prevent information leakage associated with the use of information systems.
- Understanding the External Environment
When handling information overseas, we understand the personal information protection systems, etc., in the relevant country and take necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the safety management of information.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent, except as required by laws and regulations.
5. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
When we receive a request from an individual for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal information, we will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations.

The Company may change this policy as necessary. Any changes will be announced on this website.
