Engineer Structure

PMO (Project Management Office)
As a support role for the Project Manager (PM), who is responsible for the overall project and makes key decisions, the PMO provides necessary information and coordination to ensure that the PM can make smooth and effective decisions. The responsibilities are wide-ranging, including facilitating meetings, preparing various documents, managing progress and costs, identifying and analyzing issues, and coordinating personnel and the working environment for the project team.
IT Consultant
Project Manager (PM), responsible for overall project decision-making, the IT consultant provides necessary information and coordination to enable the PM to make smooth decisions. From business planning, the consultant creates a Request for Information (RFI), gathers and organizes the information needed to realize the plan, and prepares a Request for Proposal (RFP) for requirements definition. Additionally, they are involved in the basic design of IT systems and review documents prepared by engineers.
PL (Engineer Leader)
In order to lead the development area, experience in system development is a fundamental prerequisite. In addition, since direct coordination with planning/marketing and business departments occurs, not only technical skills but also the ability to clearly explain those technologies and the communication skills to smoothly promote the project are required. If the company has an information systems department and such members are present, it is possible to assign members from the company side, but if such members are not available, our members can take on that role. Please consult with us according to the situation.
Because we place particular importance on communication skills, we assign members whose native language matches that of the project. For Japanese projects, a Japanese project leader will take on the role; for Vietnamese projects, a Vietnamese project leader will be responsible.
Engineer Team
The engineering team includes members with the following roles. You can add, remove, or change roles according to your company’s situation.
BrSE
This is a role called Bridge System Engineer. While being an engineer themselves, they are bilingual or multilingual-speaking not only Vietnamese but also languages such as Japanese or English-and serve as a liaison (leader) within the team.
IT Communicator
The difference from a BrSE is that they are not engineers, but in many cases, their language skills are higher than those of a BrSE. In phases where it is necessary to organize detailed requests, an IT Communicator may be the optimal choice.
SE (Software Engineer)
They are responsible for system design and for reviewing whether the programs developed by programmers are correctly implemented in accordance with the design documents.
Developer (Programmer)
They develop programs based on the design specifications and conduct self-checks (unit tests) to verify functionality.
QC (Quality Control) / QA (Quality Assurance)
To achieve high system quality, the development process is inspected, verified, and assured. Test specifications are created, and tests are conducted to ensure the required quality is met.
Tester
Tests are executed according to the test specifications
Engineer Skills
There are engineers with a variety of skill sets on the team.
Even if a particular skill set is not available at the time, we can flexibly arrange the necessary personnel.
